Annual Vacation Accrual Schedule

All vacation accrual rates are based on years of service unless otherwise noted.

Exempt Employees
• 0-5 years: 120 (4.615 per pay)
• 6-10 years: 160 (6.154 per pay)
• 10+ years: 200 (7.692 per pay)

Non-Exempt Employees
• 0-5 years: 80 (3.077 per pay)
• 6-10 years: 120 (4.615 per pay)
• 10+ years: 160 (6.154 per pay)

  • An employee can rollover up to 40 hours of unused vacation from one calendar year to the next.
  • Non-Exempt employees will receive 40 hours of PTO in addition to their vacation accrual. PTO will not be eligible for annual rollover.
  • Employees may purchase up to 40 additional vacation hours per year with manager and People Operations approval.

Qualifying Events

Changes to your medical, dental, vision and flexible spending plans may only be made when there is a qualifying event (birth of child, marriage, divorce, etc) or during the open enrollment period.

To make changes to your plan, life events must be completed in Employee Navigator within 30 days of the qualifying event.
