Mark Gramelspacher is an entrepreneur, investor, inventor, attorney, and advisor to global businesses and policymakers. Since 2019, he has served as a strategic advisor to TPMA, LLC, a national leader in workforce, education, economic development, and community impact consulting. He became CEO & Managing Partner on January 1, 2024.
Previously, Mark spent nearly eight years with Elevate Ventures, serving as Executive Director of the SAM Fund, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, and Investment Committee member. There, he supported startups in scaling innovation-driven businesses and led investments in Industry 4.0 technologies. He also co-founded “Hardtech Indiana,” in collaboration with Conexus Indiana, advancing the state’s leadership in advanced manufacturing and logistics.
He holds a senior role at EverGreen Global Advisors and its predecessor EverGreen Capital Management, advising companies on market expansion, succession planning, governance, and operational transformation. He began his career in law before transitioning to executive roles focused on capital formation and the growth of global industrial and SaaS companies across multiple industry verticals.
Over his career, Mark launched or supported over a dozen startups, participated on multiple boards, and advised on acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. He remains active in advising businesses and policymakers on U.S. and international business issues.
Mr. Gramelspacher earned a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from the IU Maurer School of Law- Bloomington, gained admission to the Indiana and Illinois bar (both inactive), serves as a director of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Indianapolis Zoo and past trustee / treasurer of St. Richard’s Episcopal School. He attends St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and three children.
